IndoEx is a United Kingdom based cryptocurrency exchange that has been in operation since January 2019. It is designed for experienced digital assets traders and specializes in Altcoins, Algos and Performance. Bric chose to partner up with IndoEx and run its IEO through the exchange. In terms, an initial exchange offering or commonly known as an IEO is a fundraising event that is administered by an exchange. In contrast to an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) where the project team themselves conduct the fundraising, an Initial Exchange Offering means that the fundraising will be conducted on a well-known exchange’s fundraising platform, such as international.index.io, where users can purchase BRIC tokens with funds directly from their own exchange wallet. For a user, an IEO is easy to participate in and offers a higher degree of trust as blockchain projects go through a comprehensive due diligence process conducted by the exchange.
